I (or my Team) don’t like being photographed. Can you help?
Absolutely! I bring a relaxed and fun approach to capturing each person. I want to capture you, authentically and enjoying it all at the same time. For those interested in Corporate Photography, my goal is to help you feel comfortable and confident in front of the camera.
Are your photos watermarked? How will I receive my photos?
We do not watermark our high-resolution images when we deliver them. We create a beautiful online portal for you so you can view, share, and download the images from your event. You retain full usage rights of all images and print and publish them however you see fit. This makes the process simple and efficient for your corporate photography needs.
How does the payment process work?
We ask for a 50% deposit one month before the event unless the event is within a few weeks or days. The last payment will be due upon delivery of photos. We do get a lot of last-minute corporate inquiries and bookings. We do accept credit cards as well. Thank you for your interest! If you have specific corporate photography requests, just let us know in advance.
Do you have insurance for my venue?
We are a professional organization and maintain Insurance. We have Certificate of Insurance that is required at all venues. It is provided upon request. These are important considerations for all corporate photography assignments at various locations.
How quickly will we receive our images?
I understand that in the corporate world, deadlines are non-negotiable. Typically, a gallery is delivered within 5–7 business days, but I can often provide a “rush” selection of 5–10 images within 24 hours for immediate PR or social media use. This quick turnaround is particularly valuable for Corporate Photography, ensuring your images are ready when you need them.
