FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
How long until I see my film?
Turn around time can vary, but most of our wedding packages are delivered within 4-5 weeks.
How many hours do we need?
A wedding day can be broken up into getting ready, first look, ceremony, bridal portraits, and the reception. If obtaining footage of all these events are important to you, we would recommend getting the Happiness or Love package.
Who will be my videographer?
Dion and Rachel are the two main videographers. We do have trusted videographers within our network we contract with if absolutely necessary.
What does the process look like?
Once we meet (via in person, phone or video) a 25% deposit will be collected and a contract will be signed. We break payments into 3 portions (deposit, 4 weeks before wedding day and final payment upon video delivery). Rachel will communicate one-on-one with your wedding coordinator to work out details, as well as chat with the bride or groom 1 month before the wedding to grab your ideal shot lists, must have’s, music choices that fit you both, etc. After the big day we’ll tag you within our socials for the sneak peak (if you prefer) and will also be in touch regarding final video delivery.
